I just want to acknowledge what is happening. I won't say much.

There have been a series of terrorist attacks the past few day. I'm sure most of you are aware, so I won't try to summarize with my limited knowledge. The 6 or so attacks in Paris have garnered worldwide attention. Paris wasn't the only place attacked, but I think it does have the biggest impact of the public view of these attacks. Paris is a major city, not a place you'd expect an attack like this, and for terrorist attacks to happen there... well, it's a big deal. Just goes to show that nowhere is really safe. Just because Paris is getting the most attention, doesn't make the attacks in other places less heart-wrenching. Most people have heard of Paris, not as many have heard of Beirut. At this point, Paris is a symbol of how significant this whole thing is. 

I am more than willing to jump on the Pray For Paris bandwagon. Pray for those affected by these attacks, wherever in the world they may be.
